How We Help the Homeless

Our mission is to help homeless people in Hampshire County live with dignity by providing services, creating housing, and advocating for the homeless.

We partner with local agencies, cities, and community organizations to provide programs through Hampshire County.

These programs include:

• Permanent Supportive Housing
• Transitional Housing
• Emergency Shelter Services
• Food Security for Unhoused Individuals
• EmpowerRide Bike Program
• Basic Needs, Clothing, Toiletries Program
• Prescription Assistance Program
